Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage sales quotations, proposals, and statements of work.
- Assist in crafting bid and pre-sales response documents, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the sales team, handling inquiries and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Aid the sales team in managing critical client accounts, ensuring seamless relationships and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor performance and adherence to sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Handle sales administration duties, including generating reports and conducting data analysis to inform business decisions.
- Manage client contracts, ensuring compliance and timely renewal.
- Collaborate with the Finance Department to track monthly activities, providing accurate and timely financial information.
- Assist in maintaining commercial systems and processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide backup support for sales order processing and financial administration, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in the use of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Excellent written, verbal communications, and client liaison skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Proven experience of working well in a similar high-pressure commercial environment, with a strong track record of success.
- Strong numeracy and written skills to support creation of quotations/proposals, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Flexible work ethic with a can-do attitude, combined with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
