  • Handle sales administration duties, including generating reports and conducting data analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Manage client contracts, ensuring compliance and timely renewal.
  • Collaborate with the Finance Department to track monthly activities, providing accurate and timely financial information.
  • Assist in maintaining commercial systems and processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide backup support for sales order processing and financial administration, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in the use of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Excellent written, verbal communications, and client liaison skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Proven experience of working well in a similar high-pressure commercial environment, with a strong track record of success.
  • Strong numeracy and written skills to support creation of quotations/proposals, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Flexible work ethic with a can-do attitude, combined with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
