**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Perioperative Care Administrator to support the surgical pre-assessment and perioperative medicine team at University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide administrative support to the perioperative care team, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Line manage a team of perioperative care administrators, overseeing their work, and conducting regular performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with the project manager to develop and implement administrative processes and procedures within the service.

**Requirements:**

**Desirable Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Previous experience working in an acute hospital setting.
