Job Summary:

The Care Support Team Member will provide support to our service users in their homes, ensuring their needs are met and their quality of life is enhanced. This role requires a caring and compassionate individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered care to service users, including assistance with daily living activities and medication administration.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
  • Manage the care team during shifts, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Liaise with the nurse on duty (if applicable) to ensure that all care needs are met.
  • Administer medication to service users, as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience of caring for others in a care setting.
  • Hold a clean driving license and have access to a vehicle for working hours.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Be able to communicate effectively with service users, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
