The Home Support Team provides support to our care homes, covering absences and supporting existing teams. We are looking for caring, sensitive, and compassionate individuals to join our senior care team to deliver a high-quality service to our service users, enhancing their quality of life and promoting independence.

As a member of the Home Support Team, you will be responsible for overseeing the care team, managing shifts, liaising with nurses, and administering medication. You will also be required to have a clean driving license and access to a vehicle for working hours.

In return, we offer a competitive salary, weekend enhancements, and a range of training and development opportunities, including the Level 2/3 Health & Social Care qualification.
