About the Role:

FloQast is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator for the EMEA region, who will play a pivotal role in our Marketing team based in London. This position is designed to support marketing initiatives focused on enhancing lead generation across the EMEA area and will report directly to the EMEA Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will excel in a dynamic environment, follow directions effectively, and ensure projects are completed with a results-driven approach. This is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact in a rapidly expanding technology firm while collaborating with various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Implementation: Assist in the rollout of marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with overarching global strategies and objectives.
  • Webinar Management: Organize and record webinars, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality delivery.
  • Website and SEO Initiatives: Aid in website enhancements and SEO projects to boost online visibility and lead acquisition.
  • Internal Collaboration: Promote effective communication between the EMEA commercial team and the global marketing team, ensuring timely and efficient information sharing.
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned to support the company’s objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in a technology setting.
  • A degree in Business or a related field is advantageous.
  • A proactive approach and a self-motivated attitude with a strong desire to learn.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • A collaborative spirit, capable of working productively within a team and communicating efficiently with colleagues at all levels.
  • High attention to detail, thoroughness, and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Commercial insight and experience working closely with sales teams.
  • Familiarity with marketing technology tools such as Hubspot, Asana, and Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in a second European language is preferred.
