Position Overview:

FloQast is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator for the EMEA region, playing a vital role within the Marketing department based in London. This position will be instrumental in supporting marketing initiatives designed to enhance lead generation across the EMEA area, directly reporting to the EMEA Marketing Manager. Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Implementation: Assist in the rollout of marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with overarching global strategies and objectives.
  • Webinar Management: Organize and facilitate webinars, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality production.
  • Website and SEO Initiatives: Contribute to website enhancements and SEO projects to improve online visibility and lead acquisition.
  • Internal Communication: Promote effective communication between the EMEA commercial team and the global marketing team, ensuring timely and accurate information flow.
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned to support the company's objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in a technology environment.
  • A degree in Business or a related field is advantageous.
  • A proactive approach and a self-motivated attitude with a desire to learn.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • A collaborative approach, capable of working efficiently within a team and communicating with colleagues at all levels.
  • High attention to detail, thoroughness, and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Commercial awareness and experience working closely with sales teams.
  • Familiarity with marketing technology tools such as Hubspot, Asana, and Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in a second European language is preferred.
