About the Role:

FloQast is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator for the EMEA region, who will play a vital role in our Marketing department based in London. This position will focus on supporting marketing initiatives designed to enhance lead generation across the EMEA area and will report directly to the EMEA Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate excels in a dynamic environment, takes direction effectively, and is committed to seeing projects through to successful completion with a results-driven mindset. Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Implementation: Assist in the rollout of marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with overarching global strategies and objectives.
  • Webinar Management: Organize and facilitate webinars, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality production.
  • Website and SEO Initiatives: Aid in website enhancements and SEO projects to improve online visibility and lead acquisition.
  • Internal Communication: Coordinate communication between the EMEA commercial team and the global marketing team, ensuring effective and efficient information sharing.
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned to support the company in achieving its objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in a technology environment.
  • A BA/BSc degree is advantageous.
  • A proactive approach and self-motivated attitude with a strong desire to learn.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and manage workload.
  • A collaborative spirit, capable of working productively within a team and communicating effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • High attention to detail, thoroughness, and a focus on accuracy.
  • Commercial awareness and experience working closely with sales teams.
  • Familiarity with marketing technology tools such as Hubspot, Asana, and Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in a second European language is preferred.
