About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at SRND Group. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and identifying opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new prospects and leads: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Build strong client relationships: Foster strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive business growth.
  • Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell: Analyze client needs and identify opportunities to sell additional products or services.
  • Promote new products and service features and benefits: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote new products and services.
  • Oversee projects from initiation to delivery: Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Provide professional after-sales support: Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Update CRM with relevant customer and lead data: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and lead data.
  • Provide regular business updates to company directors: Keep senior management informed of business progress and any challenges or opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Two years of experience in a business development role: Proven track record of success in business development.
  • Good negotiation skills: Ability to negotiate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Understanding of CRM software: Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to use them effectively.
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success: Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering results.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Team player: Collaborative approach to working with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Good time-management skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Enthusiastic and passionate: Strong passion for business development and drive to succeed.
  • Full UK driving license: Ability to travel extensively throughout the UK.
