**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager and Business Analyst to join our team at Young's Seafood. As a key member of our organization, you will play a dual role in driving project success and ensuring business needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project goals are aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure successful delivery on time and in budget.
  • Translate business goals into actionable solutions that drive efficiency and value for the full project lifecycle.
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project(s) and ensure project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored.
  • Work with developers and designers to define and document project requirements.
  • Submit project status reports to stakeholders and review risks and issues.
  • Plan software releases and anticipate and react to change.
  • Contribute to the vision of IT to maximize the success of business and IT enterprise initiatives.
  • Shape business requirements by making recommendations and suggesting alternatives for proposed solutions.
  • Obtain a deep understanding of relevant business areas to recommend solutions and build high-quality requirements.
  • Use a variety of techniques to understand business requirements, such as interviews, workshops, surveys, site visits, and storyboards.
  • Work with business and delivery teams to prioritize requirements.
  • Help resolve competing priorities between stakeholder groups by facilitating stakeholder discussions and escalating issues where appropriate.
  • Build successful stakeholder relationships with IT & Business leaders by developing a clear understanding of their needs, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Ensure knowledge of and compliance with all Company Policies, Procedures, and Rules.
  • Create and deliver project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in project management and business analysis, preferably in an IT environment.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Proven experience in scoping, requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency with project management and analysis tools (Process Flows & Project Plans).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills when dealing with people of all levels of the business.
  • Ability to deal with multiple projects, both big and small.
  • Willingness to travel regularly.
  • Ability to travel freely within the UK and Europe.
  • Full UK driving license.
