About the Role

We're seeking a friendly and outgoing Receptionist to join our team at The Orange Tree pub. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and friendly manner
  • Manage reservations, room allocations, and other administrative tasks
  • Work collaboratively with the hotel and pub teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Receptionist who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll have a proven track record of providing excellent service, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and a keen eye for detail.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
