About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Manager to join our team at Corecruitment. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to all guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Front Desk Management: Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard and that the team is working effectively.
  • Feedback and Complaints: Handle and resolve guest feedback and complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved to the guest's satisfaction.
  • Duty Management: Act as Duty Manager, responsible for the overall management of the front desk and ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit daily reports, highlighting any issues or concerns and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Sales and Revenue: Drive sales revenues and promote hotel services and facilities to guests, identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Brand Ambassador: Act as an ambassador for the Corecruitment brand, promoting our values and standards to guests and colleagues alike.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Customer Service Skills: A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Opera Experience: Experience with Opera systems, with the ability to use this software to manage front desk operations.
  • Organisation and Initiative: A high level of organisation and initiative, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Career Progression: A desire for career progression and a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
