About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team at The Orange Tree pub in Richmond. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and providing administrative support to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing reports.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless operations and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a friendly, outgoing personality.
  • Experience working in a similar environment, with excellent communication skills and a high level of attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach to driving sales and delivering growth through engagement with our customers and team.
  • Great planning and organisational skills to maintain effective controls and ensure the financial credit and administration procedures are applied at all times.
