Job Title: Area Head of Commercial

Pathway Group is seeking an experienced Area Head of Commercial to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving commercial growth and ensuring the delivery of high-quality commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Manage and oversee commercial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver commercial projects and initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
  • Monitor and analyze commercial performance metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and implement compliance and risk management strategies to ensure commercial operations are aligned with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement business strategies that drive commercial growth and expansion.
