Job Title: Area Head of Commercial

Pathway Group is seeking an experienced Area Head of Commercial to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving commercial growth and ensuring the delivery of high-quality commercial programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Manage and oversee commercial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Lead and manage a team of commercial professionals to ensure the delivery of commercial programs and services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employers, partners, and external agencies.
  • Develop and implement sales and business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor and analyze commercial performance data to inform business decisions and drive improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the effective management of commercial operations.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in commercial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze commercial performance data and inform business decisions.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective commercial operations.
