Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team at Acorn by Synergie. As a key member of our logistics and operations team, you will be responsible for the daily management of our warehouse, workforce, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the warehouse and oversee all operations, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain, procurement, sales, and logistics departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Monitor and report performance metrics to senior management on a regular basis.
  • Oversee regular inventory counts and maintain accurate data to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement robust security protocols to ensure the safety and security of our warehouse and employees.
  • Review and update policies and procedures related to health and safety, human resources, security, asset management, procurement, compliance, and performance.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Mandarin language.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager in a large facility.
  • Experience managing department heads, ideally with large headcounts (i.e. above 100 employees).
  • Educated to degree level, ideally in a relevant subject, with additional qualifications in health and safety and/or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of logistics management and warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Excellent problem-solving initiative, with good understanding of inventory management and procurement processes.
  • Strong financial management, budgeting, and cost control understanding from similar warehouse/logistics operations.
  • Confident operator who can act professionally and efficiently in fast-paced environments.
