Join our dynamic team as a Retail Customer Specialist at Jones Bootmaker, where we offer a part-time opportunity on an 8-hour weekly contract. This position primarily involves Saturday shifts, with the potential for additional hours on other days.

Your role will involve delivering consistently high-quality service to our clientele, offering guidance on shoe care, handbags, and accessories tailored to their needs, and providing sincere, knowledgeable advice on our entire product range.

Previous experience as a Sales Associate, Retail Associate, or in a Customer Service role is beneficial. We will provide comprehensive training and support to help you excel in your position, but a positive attitude and appropriate behaviors are essential. Compensation, Hours & Benefits for our Retail Customer Specialist

£12.15 per hour (£10.86 per hour for ages 16-17 at £9.42 per hour).

Upon completing the necessary retail induction PaSS stages, your pay will increase to £12.35 per hour (£11.08 per hour for ages 16-17 at £9.63).

Daily Responsibilities as our Retail Customer Specialist

  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Advise customers on shoe care and accessories to meet their needs, while achieving daily KPIs.
  • Demonstrate self-awareness, taking initiative to learn and be accountable.
  • Collaborate as a team player, maintaining a friendly, engaging, and positive demeanor.
  • Assist in maintaining store standards, product displays, and stockroom organization.
