Previous experience as a Sales Associate, Retail Assistant, or in a Customer Service role is advantageous. Compensation, Hours & Benefits for our Retail Customer Specialist
£12.15 per hour (£10.86 per hour for ages 16-17, £9.42 per hour for ages 14-15)
Upon completing the necessary retail induction stages, your pay will increase to £12.35 per hour (£11.08 per hour for ages 16-17, £9.63 per hour for ages 14-15).

Daily Responsibilities as our Retail Customer Specialist
- Provide outstanding customer service.
- Advise customers on shoe care and accessories to meet their needs, achieving daily performance targets.
- Demonstrate self-awareness, actively questioning, learning, and taking responsibility for your actions.
- Collaborate as a team player, maintaining a friendly, engaging, and positive demeanor.
- Assist in maintaining store standards, product displays, and stockroom organization.
