About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Advisor at EE. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized sales support to customers, understanding their needs and preferences to offer tailored solutions.
- Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of EE's products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
