About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Band 4 Coordinator for the Children's Epilepsy Surgery Service at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust (UHBW).

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Paediatric Neurology Department, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.
  • Manage and prioritize workload effectively, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, relatives, and healthcare professionals, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office 365 Packages to maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
Requirements
  • GCSE grade C or above (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths.
  • NVQ at level 3 in Business and Administration (or equivalent experience).
  • Clerical/administrative experience, including filing and/or reception.
  • Experience of dealing with the public, both on the phone and in person.
