About the RoleAs the Registered Home Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing and coordinating all daily operations of the care home, including staff management, resident care, and compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.
- Developing and implementing personalized care plans that prioritize and support the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of each resident within our care home.
- Recruiting, training, and providing ongoing guidance to a diverse and dedicated care staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary resources and support to deliver exceptional care services.
- Collaborating closely with healthcare professionals, families, and external organizations to comprehensively address the individual needs and aspirations of each resident.
- Assuming accountability for the financial and administrative facets of the care home, including budgeting, record-keeping, and resource allocation.
- Staying abreast of industry best practices and regulatory compliance standards, continuously striving to ensure that the care home not only meets but exceeds industry benchmarks.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Level 5 in Health and Social Care (Management) qualification.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a care management role within the context of a care home setting.
- Profound comprehension of regulatory necessities and best practices within the care home industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on cultivating positive and supportive relationships.
