About the Role

As the Registered Home Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing and coordinating all daily operations of the care home, including staff management, resident care, and compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.
  • Developing and implementing personalized care plans that prioritize and support the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of each resident within our care home.
  • Recruiting, training, and providing ongoing guidance to a diverse and dedicated care staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary resources and support to deliver exceptional care services.
  • Collaborating closely with healthcare professionals, families, and external organizations to comprehensively address the individual needs and aspirations of each resident.
  • Assuming accountability for the financial and administrative facets of the care home, including budgeting, record-keeping, and resource allocation.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 5 in Health and Social Care (Management) qualification.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on cultivating positive and supportive relationships.
