Senior Business Development Lead – Supply Chain & Logistics

Location: West Midlands – Hybrid/Field Based

Salary: Up to £60,000 base + car & commission (£120k OTE)

Pod Talent is pleased to partner with a high-growth logistics business that focuses on FMCG and Retail clients with depots across the UK & Europe.

The company is experiencing rapid growth of 10-20% YoY, and this role will lead new business activity for the UK. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Performing Account Management duties such as performance reviews and reporting, using a data-centric mindset to collaborate with commercial teams and resolve challenges in this customer-facing role.
  2. Identifying new business opportunities and growth areas in the account portfolio with a growth-centric mindset, delivering strategic plans in collaboration with senior leadership to grow revenue.
  3. Staying up-to-date with competitors and trends in the industry to deliver strong business development insights for the commercial teams.

Requirements include 5+ years in a Business Development or Sales role with evidence of growth, development, and expanding revenue.
