About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Business Development Lead to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of manufacturing strategies that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement manufacturing strategies that align with business objectives and drive growth.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to develop and implement new product launches and product promotions.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to plant teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and manage budgets and capital projects to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of manufacturing professionals to drive business results.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in manufacturing operations and process improvement.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing technologies and processes.
