Join Our Team as a Manufacturing Business Development Lead

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the I2M process for new product development, line extensions, and productivity projects. You will provide a single point of contact for Commercial units in-and outside MEU, working closely with R&D for technology applications and PCM for the I2M process.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with cross-functional teams to deliver a cooperative change management service, recognized as value-added.
  • Identify and implement best-for-business solutions to category-based opportunities, working closely with Chocolate teams.
  • Lead the planning and factory implementation of projects, covering engineering, trials, materials delivery, and project documentation.
  • Manage project agendas, create and agree on capital budgets, and ensure compliance with capital processes.
  • Communicate project objectives, timelines, and accountabilities to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and propose projects against agreed briefs, complying with reporting and documentation requirements.
  • Keep stakeholders informed of project progress and escalate risks to appropriate levels.
  • Provide expertise on plant technical capability, capacity, potential, and constraints to influence MEU sourcing strategies.
  • Work with RD&Q/Commercial teams to develop new products supporting brand development and commercial strategy.
  • Drive out cost in the plant through challenging existing systems and processes.

What We're Looking For

  • Extensive experience in manufacturing organization and project implementation.
  • Proven experience leading and/or commissioning large, complex projects.
