Job Title: Business Development and Communications Lead

At Mondelēz International, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development and Communications Lead to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading the I2M process for new product development, line extensions, and productivity projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with cross-functional teams to identify and implement best-for-business solutions to category-based opportunities.
  • Lead the planning and factory implementation of projects, covering engineering, trials, materials delivery, and project documentation.
  • Manage the project agenda to create, agree, and manage to forecast capital budgets and ensure compliance to capital processes.
  • Develop and propose projects against agreed briefs via the I2M process, complying with reporting and documentation requirements.
  • Provide expertise on plant technical capability, capacity, potential, and constraints to influence and drive MEU sourcing strategies.
  • Work with RD&Q/Commercial teams to develop new products to support brand development and commercial strategy.
  • Drive out cost in the plant through consistently challenging existing systems and processes.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience of manufacturing organization and project implementation experience.
  • Experience leading and/or commissioning large, complex projects.
