Role Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will coordinate internal resources and external vendors to guarantee seamless project execution, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your duties will include:

  • Developing project scopes and objectives, engaging all relevant stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility.
  • Creating detailed project plans to monitor progress and key milestones.
  • Utilizing verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Measuring project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Reporting and escalating issues to management as necessary.
  • Managing relationships with clients and all stakeholders.
  • Performing risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with external vendors.
  • Producing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
  • Generating monthly status reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, civil, chemical) from an accredited institution.
  • Solid understanding of engineering principles and proficiency in relevant software/tools.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Internship or co-op experience in a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Critical thinking, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning.

Selection Process
