Restaurant & Bar General Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant & Bar General Manager to join our team at The Cumberland, a vibrant hotel in the heart of London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our restaurant and bar operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, and driving revenue growth. About the Role

As Restaurant & Bar General Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing all operational aspects of the restaurant and bar, including revenue, stock, recruitment, and rota
  • Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring they have a memorable dining experience
  • Leading a high-performing team, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure they reach their full potential
  • Analyzing sales data and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and improve profitability
  • Maintaining high standards of quality, ensuring our restaurant and bar meet the highest expectations
