About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex projects and projects involving multiple protocols, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in the application of statistical methodologies.
  • Provide senior-level oversight of statistical aspects in clinical trial design and analysis.
  • Represent the department in client-facing roles, contributing to study proposals and bids.
  • Organize teams and implement strategies to improve process and programming efficiencies.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in statistics, biostatistics, mathematics, or a related field.
  • Comprehensive SAS programming skills, including proficiency in BASE, STAT, MACRO, and GRAPH.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in English.
  • Substantial organizational, time management, and planning skills.
