With a strong focus on clinical trials, you'll work closely with our team to design and analyze studies, ensuring the highest level of quality and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities- Lead complex projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams and interacting with clients and regulatory agencies.
- Mentor junior team members, promoting employee development and contributing to performance planning.
- Provide senior-level oversight of statistical aspects in clinical trial design and analysis, including project management, statistical analysis, and report preparation.
- Represent the department at client meetings, bid defenses, and other key events.
- Organize teams and implement strategies to ensure process and programming efficiencies on complex studies.
- Master's degree in statistics, biostatistics, mathematics, or a related field.
- Comprehensive SAS programming skills, including proficiency in BASE, STAT, MACRO, and GRAPH.
- Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in the English language.
- Substantial organizational, time management, and planning skills to create and follow timelines, conduct long-range planning, and adapt to changing priorities.
