Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex projects and projects involving multiple protocols, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in the application of advanced statistical methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and analyze clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Represent the department in client-facing roles, including bid defenses and study design discussions.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in statistics, biostatistics, mathematics, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in biostatistics, with a strong background in SAS programming.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and results.
