Project & Technical Services Manager

An established client of Senitor Associates in the Technology sector is seeking a Project & Technical Services Manager to join their internal IT department on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will work as part of a team to provide effective project planning for new and maintenance jobs.

As a dedicated and enthusiastic Technical Services Team Manager, you will have experience and knowledge working in an ICT support environment, as well as management and supervision of technical staff.

The ideal candidate will need to have previous experience in a similar role, be able to work effectively on their own, head up the team, and be part of the management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the service delivery and technical services team, ensuring the team's processes and tasks are carried out efficiently and to a high standard of quality.
  • Oversee the service to customers to ensure effective service delivery and service levels are met for timely response and quality resolution of problems and projects.
  • Maintain documentation and work with the Senior Management team on strategies, processes, and procedures.
  • Have hands-on input and lead projects/tasks.
  • Ensure accurate inventory tracking, licensing, and asset management.
  • Develop, generate, and analyze operational and service performance reports and share with the Technical Services Team.
