About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Business Manager to join our team at Collins Property Recruitment. As a New Business Manager, you will be responsible for working alongside our Lettings Director to identify and pursue new business opportunities and contribute to the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Proactively generate new business opportunities and identify growth areas for the company.
  • Market Appraisal: Work alongside the Lettings Director to win market appraisals and increase the lettings business.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing landlords, developing strong relationships and promoting a positive culture within the team.
  • Team Management: Assist with managing the Lettings team, if desired, and work closely with the social media team to showcase properties and services.
  • Target Achievement: Collaborate with the team to achieve targets and contribute to the company's growth objectives.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Must have experience in the lettings industry and a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Skill Set: Must be able to collaborate and achieve targets with the team, and have experience of attending and winning market appraisals.
