Xiaomi Technology is seeking a highly skilled Store Expansion Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our retail expansion team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing store growth plans and expansion strategies that align with our annual store-opening targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Expansion Planning: Develop comprehensive store growth plans and expansion strategies that meet our annual store-opening targets.
- Evaluation and Site Selection: Assess and negotiate the selection of business districts and store locations, taking into account key indicators such as store location, construction, and rental costs.
- Delivery Assurance: Coordinate with store construction suppliers to ensure delivery capabilities and maintain the construction progress of stores.
- Partner Relations Maintenance: Expand real estate resources and maintain relationships with property developers and shopping mall cooperation departments.
- Mapping and Database Management: Conduct quarterly mapping of business districts and maintain the business districts database.
- Store Construction Acceptance: Inspect and accept stores based on construction standards and local laws and regulations.
- Headquarter Coordination: Execute store establishment-related matters assigned by the headquarters.
- Must be very familiar with the local retail market and business district format.
- Possess at least 3 years of experience in local store expansion.
- Have partnership resources with top-tier and mid-tier local commercial groups, malls, and real estate conglomerates, and maintain good cooperative relationships.
- Be familiar with the construction and decoration process, and understand local laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Have good negotiation skills.
- Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in architecture, engineering management, project management, or related fields.
- Having partnership resources in shopping malls and high street shopping areas is a plus.
