Job Title: Retail Store Expansion Manager

Job Summary:

Xiaomi Technology is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Expansion Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing store growth plans and expansion strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expansion Planning: Develop and implement store growth plans and expansion strategies to achieve annual store-opening targets.
  • Site Selection: Assess and negotiate the selection of business districts and store locations, taking into account key indicators such as store location, construction, and rental costs.
  • Store Construction: Coordinate with store construction suppliers to ensure delivery capabilities and maintain the construction progress of stores.
  • Real Estate Management: Expand real estate resources and maintain relationships with property developers and shopping mall cooperation departments.
  • Store Acceptance: Inspect and accept stores based on construction standards and local laws and regulations.
  • Store Establishment: Execute store establishment-related matters assigned by the headquarters.

Requirements:

  • Local Market Expertise: Candidates must be very familiar with the local retail market and business district format.
  • Experience: Possess at least 3 years of experience in local store expansion.
  • Partnerships: Have partnership resources with top-tier and mid-tier local commercial groups, malls, and real estate conglomerates, and maintain good cooperative relationships.
  • Knowledge: Be familiar with the construction and decoration process, and understand local laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Education: Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in architecture, engineering management, project management, or related fields.
  • Additional Skills: Having partnership resources in shopping malls and high street shopping areas is a plus.
