Your Role: Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities and cultivating relationships with potential clients within the construction industry. You will collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to develop strategic initiatives that expand our customer base and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Uncover new market prospects and devise strategies to enhance sales and revenue generation.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers at potential client organizations.
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay abreast of industry trends and emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Represent DeterTech at conferences, trade shows, and industry events to network and promote our solutions.
  • Develop persuasive proposals, presentations, and contracts tailored to specific client needs.
  • Monitor sales data meticulously and provide insightful reports to senior management.
  • Work closely with the product development team to gain a deep understanding of our offerings and provide valuable feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain positive, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Proactively initiate cold calls within your designated market or geographic area to cultivate a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Plan and execute effective sales approaches and pitches.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the B2B sector.
  • A demonstrated track record of successfully developing and closing business deals.
  • Experience in face-to-face sales interactions within a B2B environment.
  • Prior sales experience within the construction industry is highly desirable.
