We are on the lookout for a skilled Global Compensation & Benefits Specialist or an Assistant Compensation & Benefits Manager. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the design, execution, and oversight of compensation and benefits initiatives that support our strategic goals. This position entails analyzing market trends, assessing existing compensation frameworks, and aiding in the management of benefits programs to ensure our organization remains competitive and compliant with applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the formulation and execution of compensation strategies and frameworks.
  • Engage in salary benchmarking and assess compensation practices against industry benchmarks.
  • Analyze and interpret compensation data to maintain internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Assist in the development of incentive schemes, bonuses, and various reward mechanisms.
  • Compile comprehensive compensation and benefits reports for management evaluation.
  • Conduct data analysis to facilitate compensation assessments and decision-making.
  • Maintain precise records and documentation pertaining to compensation and benefits.
  • Support the creation and revision of compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all compensation and benefits policies align with organizational objectives and legal standards.
  • Assist in communicating compensation and benefits initiatives to staff.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding compensation, benefits, and related matters.
  • Ensure compliance of all compensation and benefits practices with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Stay informed about the latest HR trends and best practices, particularly in the realms of Internet, Social Media, Social Finance, Game Finance, Blockchain, and Cryptocurrency.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in Compensation & Benefits.
  • Familiarity with global compensation analysis, benefits management, and HRIS systems.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of compensation methodologies, including job evaluation, market pricing, and incentive plan development.
  • Understanding of local labor laws and regulations regarding compensation and benefits.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
