This position entails assessing market trends, reviewing existing compensation frameworks, and aiding in the management of benefits programs to ensure our competitiveness and adherence to legal standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the formulation and execution of compensation strategies and frameworks.
- Engage in salary benchmarking and analyze compensation practices in relation to industry norms.
- Assess and interpret compensation data to maintain internal fairness and external competitiveness.
- Assist in the development of incentive schemes, bonuses, and various reward mechanisms.
- Compile comprehensive compensation and benefits reports for management evaluation.
- Conduct data analysis to inform compensation assessments and strategic decisions.

- Facilitate communication of compensation and benefits initiatives to employees.
- Address employee inquiries regarding remuneration, benefits, and other compensation-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations regarding compensation and benefits practices.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in HR, particularly in the realms of Internet, Social Media, Social Finance, Game Finance, Blockchain, and Cryptocurrency.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Compensation and Benefits.
- Proficiency in global compensation analysis, benefits management, and HRIS systems.
- Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of compensation methodologies, including job evaluation, market pricing, and incentive plan formulation.
- Understanding of local labor laws and regulations pertaining to compensation and benefits.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
