Job Title: Transport Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:

Culina Logistics is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Transport Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day planning of our transport operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate the movement of goods from multiple warehouse facilities and manufacturing sites across the UK.
  • Manage daily workload for a fleet of vehicles, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, subcontract hauliers, and warehousing sites to resolve queries and issues.
  • Liaise with Traffic and Administration teams to ensure high standards of performance are maintained.
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets and databases for customer reports and other relevant information.
  • Identify and suggest improvements to benefit the company and our customers.

  • High level of transport planning expertise in a busy and demanding environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to make decisions under pressure and to a tight timescale.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to working in order to meet business requirements.
  • Effective communication skills at all levels within the business.
  • Ability to identify and suggest improvements to benefit the company and our customers.
