Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Windows Server Team Manager to join our team at Sanderson Recruitment. As a key member of our IT infrastructure team, you will be responsible for leading a team of IT specialists and overseeing the delivery of high-quality IT services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of IT specialists in the delivery of IT services, ensuring high-quality results and meeting customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT services with business operations.
  • Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including Windows Servers, to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading IT teams and delivering IT services.
  • Strong knowledge of IT service delivery and service management principles.
  • Experience with Windows Server administration and management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
