To enhance the sales team in the Manchester office, the company is seeking a motivated Internal Sales Manager.
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Expanding sales revenue within existing accounts and fostering project expenditure with new clients.
- Collaborating with the General Manager and the internal sales team leader to identify key accounts and formulate strategies to secure business opportunities.
- Meet and exceed established sales and profit objectives.
- Generate business intelligence reports that include essential data such as contacts, material specifications, pricing, and competitor insights.
- Leverage system software to provide quotes, follow up on leads, and manage customer relationship details.
- Participate in training sessions as needed, while also engaging in self-directed learning.
- Proactively identify and establish new accounts to broaden the customer base and increase market share.
- Recognize potential new products for inclusion in the portfolio and collaborate with the sales and inventory teams to effectively market these offerings.
Ideal Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales and gross profit targets within a B2B sales context. Familiarity with the signage and display, industrial, or commercial plastic sectors is advantageous but not mandatory. Experience with Microsoft AX Dynamics is considered a plus.
