As an integral member of our digital marketing division, you will oversee the email marketing initiatives for The Entertainer and Early Learning Centre. Working closely with various teams and reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, your CRM skills will be essential in boosting customer interaction through tailored and timely messaging.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in mentoring and guiding junior staff
- Possession of a valid UK driver's license
- Expertise in CRM and email marketing platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Familiarity with analytical tools
- Prior experience with graphic design software
- Adept at multitasking
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in a retail environment
- Highly organized with strong spreadsheet capabilities
- Experience collaborating with agencies and marketing partners
- Understanding of affiliate marketing and paid search strategies
- Degree or equivalent qualification
