Working closely with various teams and reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, your CRM skills will be essential in boosting customer interaction through tailored and timely messaging.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in mentoring and guiding junior staff
  • Possession of a valid UK driver's license
  • Expertise in CRM and email marketing platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Familiarity with analytical tools
  • Prior experience with graphic design software
  • Adept at multitasking
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in a retail environment
  • Highly organized with strong spreadsheet capabilities
  • Experience collaborating with agencies and marketing partners
  • Understanding of affiliate marketing and paid search strategies
  • Degree or equivalent qualification
