Travel Money Specialist

Are you passionate about helping customers achieve their travel goals? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a love for numbers? We're looking for a Travel Money Specialist to join our team at Travelex.

About the Role

We're a leading specialist provider of foreign exchange, and we're committed to simplifying our customers' access to international money. As a Travel Money Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to customers on their foreign exchange needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Nurturing and forming relationships with customers to gain a better understanding of their travel and currency requirements
  • Establishing yourself as a trusted advisor, providing support and advice on great Travelex products and services
  • Engaging with customers to process all foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Delivering on key performance goals both procedural, operational and customer focused
  • Utilising your keen eye for detail to process daily online FX request and deliveries
  • Implementing best practice legal and regulatory standards and adhering to Travelex compliance procedures

What We're Looking For

  • Numerically proficient – You'll need to have a firm grasp of numbers as you'll be handling large amounts of cash and covering vast amounts of currency regularly daily
  • IT proficient – You'll be dealing with computers and in-house till systems and ordering systems throughout the day
  • Great Communicator - You'll find talking with people and building relationships comes naturally to you
  • Desire to succeed – You'll have the drive and vision to want to make a difference, to enjoy what you do, care about the impact you have and the way you make people feel
