We are seeking a dedicated Retail Operations Supervisor (permanent, full-time 40h) to join our Vans team.

As a Retail Operations Supervisor, your contributions will be essential in assisting your Store Manager and driving the success of our retail operations.

Your impact will be significant

We expect our Retail Operations Supervisors to help create an unforgettable retail experience by:

  • Boosting sales and profitability alongside your Store Manager
  • Inspiring, guiding, and coaching sales associates
  • Supporting your Store Manager in executing established retail processes while seeking improvements
  • Maintaining a strong grasp of essential retail operational procedures such as inventory management and financial performance
  • Reporting on performance metrics and demonstrating an understanding of KPIs to enhance store results
  • Ensuring your store's appearance aligns with the brand's visual merchandising standards
  • Providing leadership in the absence of the Store Manager

  • You possess experience in store operations, leading and motivating a team, and driving sales performance.
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • You are proficient in MS Office and various POS systems.
  • You are adaptable to working weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
