About the Role

  • Lead by Example: You'll support the Contact Centre Manager and engage with the wider functions of the business, promoting a culture of excellence and customer-centricity.
  • Customer Focus: You'll be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
