Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement a Comprehensive Sales Strategy: Design and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets, drive business growth, and expand market presence.
  • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the wastewater utilities sector, leveraging industry connections and market insights.
  • Build and Maintain Strong Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including utility companies, government agencies, and industry partners.
  • Lead and Mentor the Sales Team: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance, professional growth, and alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns and promotional materials that drive business results.
  • Monitor Market Trends and Competitor Activities: Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
  • Prepare and Present Sales Reports and Forecasts: Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the executive team, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the utilities or environmental sector.
  • Strong Understanding: Strong understanding of digital solutions and their applications in wastewater management.
  • Excellent Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to Travel: Willingness to travel as needed.
