About the Role

Erlang Solutions Ltd. is a software consulting and integration business that builds scalable, distributed, reliable solutions across various verticals. To support our growth, we are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our international sales force.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify and establish business opportunities through new business development, networking, and bespoke sales proposals.
  2. Develop and manage strategic relationships with new and existing clients, creating a balanced pipeline of opportunities across our products and services portfolio.
  3. Collaborate with our technical team in the process of new business sales, including pre-sales functions.
  4. Utilize Erlang/Elixir and their associated open source communities to develop a substantial pipeline.
Requirements

We require an energetic, determined, and results-focused individual who is a natural team player and eager to learn and adopt successful sales practices. You will have demonstrable success in selling software technology, products, services, and software solutions based on open source technologies to CTOs, CEOs, and CIOs.

You will be able to strike a balance between technical appreciation and commercial tenacity, and be highly adaptable in terms of situation and communication style to successfully engage with CTOs, CEOs, CIOs, and lower-level technical stakeholders alike.
