About the Role

Erlang Solutions Ltd. is a software consulting and integration business that builds scalable, distributed, reliable solutions across various verticals. To support our growth, we are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our international sales force. This individual will be responsible for developing sales, customer relationships, and accounts across the globe, creating a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities and inbound leads.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify and establish business opportunities, converting prospects into sales through new business development, networking, and bespoke sales proposals.
  2. Develop and manage strategic relationships with new and existing clients, creating a balanced pipeline of opportunities across our products and services portfolio.
  3. Collaborate with our technical team in the process of new business sales, including pre-sales functions.
  4. Understand and utilize Erlang/Elixir and their associated open source communities to develop a substantial pipeline of opportunities.
Requirements

We are looking for an energetic, determined, and persistent individual who is a natural team player and eager to learn and adopt successful sales practices. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable success in selling software technology, products, services, and software solutions based on open source technologies to CTOs, CEOs, and CIOs. They will be able to strike a balance between technical appreciation and commercial tenacity, adapting their communication style to engage with various stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have the ability to manage and develop relationships with internal technical and commercial stakeholders, securing new business opportunities and developing strategic relationships with clients.
