Metalis Engineering Recruitment Limited is seeking a dedicated Safety and Compliance Specialist to join a prominent Power Station in Brigg.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the effective implementation and adherence to all health and safety protocols and procedures.
- Document, report, and investigate any workplace accidents or incidents that occur.
- Assess all operational activities and ensure comprehensive Risk Assessments are conducted and communicated effectively.
- Collaborate with team members and clients to foster continuous improvement in health and safety systems and to cultivate a positive safety culture.
- Work closely with the Company QHSE Manager on health and safety matters as required.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop method statements for all operational tasks.
- Review and update risk assessments and method statements regularly.
- Advocate for a safe working environment and promote safe work practices.
- Communicate and coordinate with the central QHSE team as necessary.

Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Power Station environment is essential.
- NEBOSH certification is required.
- Ability to implement all organizational policies and procedures effectively.
- Maintain the company's reputation by demonstrating professionalism both on and off-site.
- Establish and nurture positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by management within the scope of the role.

Work Schedule & Compensation:
Regular day shifts with a negotiable salary based on qualifications and experience.
