About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Finance Business Partner to join our client's team in North Lincolnshire. As a key member of the finance team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Senior Commercial and Operational Teams through providing operational, commercial, and financial data to drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyzing financial, operational, and commercial data to assess and challenge business performance and assist in decision making
  • Business partnering with Operational and Sales teams, supporting with new business development, factory performance, and commercial pricing
  • Leading the monthly forecasting process, taking a lead in process improvements
  • Leading, driving, and supporting various business improvement projects, including being the financial support to various operational or customer-facing projects
  • Leading change management, finance-led initiatives, and project delivery
  • Partnering key stakeholders, evolving management reporting utilizing newly implemented ERP and BI reporting tools
  • Evolving and embedding recently implemented standard costing methodology throughout the organization
  • Assisting and guiding activities ranging from new business development, commercial tenders, and commercial pricing, planning, and forecasting
Requirements
  • Driven individual with a passion to develop a career within a dynamic, fast-paced business
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems and reporting tools such as Power BI
  • Solid background and passion for business partnering with operational and commercial teams
  • Inquisitive mentality and a drive to improve, get involved, and make things happen
  • Collaborative approach, able to interact and influence internal and external stakeholders
