Lawn Care Operative

**Job description**
Greensleeves are owned by Neighbourly Brands UK and are part of a family of 6 brands across the UK.

We specialise in all aspects of lawncare treatments to create lush, green, healthy lawns.
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
Job Function
Working in the great outdoors you will be providing our sought-after services to our established customer base, this will include, spreading fertiliser, spraying herbicides and moss control, scarifying, hollow tining etc.
Customer Service
Our customers are key and building great relations through consistency and excellent customer service will be part of your daily activity. Presenting yourself in a professional manner and taking pride in wearing our branded clothing.
Paperwork and Administration
Health & Safety
You will ensure that all necessary Health & Safety requirements are fulfilled, in respect of customers, colleagues and yourself. Particularly in respect to COSHH, movement of goods and chemical handling, storage and spraying (using NPTC guidelines).
Working in Compliance with Legislation
Fully trained in the use and handling of chemicals (PA1 and PA6 training and qualification provided if necessary).
Other Duties
Generating interest & leads with customers, including leaflet distribution.
Ensuring all equipment including vehicle are regularly cleaned and maintained in good working order.
To be flexible in working arrangements, assisting in other aspects of the company as necessary.
Flexible Working Arrangement
The working week is five days Monday - Friday. Weekend work may be necessary during busy periods.
On average 7.5 hours per day plus 30 minutes for lunch between the hours of 7.30am - 3.30pm. If we cannot work due to the weather, you will be required to re-schedule any work for that day to ensure that all work is completed within the required timescale. Other duties will be needed to be completed as necessary.
You will need a full clean driving licence for the role.
Basic Salary negotiable dependent on experience plus bonuses, includes company vehicle and mobile phone.
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
