Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Develop and maintain the office filing system.
- Monitor and order office supplies.
- Maintain contact lists.
- Book travel arrangements.
- Provide general support.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook).
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills to tackle any challenges that may arise.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities for smooth collaboration with team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, contributing to a positive work environment.
